Thirty years in the making
The inventor of the AirSoft cable system is one of the UK’s leading sound technologists.
Michael Whiteside is a self-professed sound obsessive who has worked for thirty years building sound systems and specialist audio components for world leading music studios and live venues.
Abbey Road Studios, Marshall Amplifiers, Decoy Studios and Glyndebourne have all used Michael’s cables and equipment. Radiohead, Depeche Mode, Florence and the Machine, U2, and the London Philharmonic Orchestra have all recorded, or played live, with systems Michael helped build.
Airsoft cables are the culmination of Michael’s thirty year adventure in sound and his testing of hundreds of cables in live venues and recording studios, across the world.
